Petsense seeks a dedicated team member to support Store Manager in daily operations, sales, and merchandising while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires handling live animals responsibly and maintaining a safe, productive store.

Experience in retail or animal care is preferred; must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license. This position involves varying shifts, including weekends, to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with operating, sales, and merchandising objectives.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote a safe work environment.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and cash handling with accuracy.
• Execute merchandising plans, price changes, and loss prevention procedures.
• Train and guide Team Members in policies and procedures.
• Handle live animals with care and ensure their welfare.
