Job summary

Pet Food Express is seeking a Lead Sales Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will guide customers, coach Sales Associates, and work closely with field leadership to meet sales goals while maintaining a fun, informative shopping experience.

As a trusted keyholder, you’ll help with opening/closing, cash handling, and keeping displays fresh. If you have a passion for pets and a drive to lead, join our team and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership and keyholder experience.
• Retail experience preferred, pet retail a plus.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Willingness to travel among neighboring stores.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and drive sales using tailored recommendations.
• Lead and train Sales Associates and ensure excellent service.
• Open/close procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain store displays and visual merchandising per guidelines.
• Support store operations and loss prevention awareness.
