Job summary

Pet Food Express is looking for a Lead Sales Consultant who will serve as a trusted keyholder, guiding sales, store operations, and customer engagement. You’ll coach Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service, build relationships with pet parents, and model product knowledge.

In this role you’ll open and close the store, maintain cash accuracy, support visual merchandising, and help drive sales goals while ensuring a welcoming, pet-loved shopping experience for customers and their families.

Responsibilities

• Engage & Sell: Actively approach and engage with our customers; build lasting relationships; provide tailored recommendations.
• Learn & Educate: Participate in daily training and product knowledge education; share what you know with store.
• Operate & Maintain: Lead sales associates through opening/closing; ensure cash handling accuracy; manage restocking and visual merchandising.
