Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year leadership and keyholder experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Passion for pets and helping customers.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and be on your feet.
• Willingness to travel among neighboring stores.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Lead daily training and educate team on product knowledge and sales skills.
• As a keyholder, manage store opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, register balancing, and cash drops.
• Support unloading shipments, restocking, and merchandising displays.
