Job summary

Pet Food Express is seeking Sales Consultants who engage with customers, recommend products, ring up purchases, and stock shelves to ensure a friendly and informative shopping experience.

You’ll participate in daily training to boost product knowledge and sales skills, stay current on promotions and the pet community, and help customers find the best solutions for their pets’ unique needs. This role offers growth, benefits, and a pet-friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Pet experience preferred.
• Sales-driven attitude with goals.
• Warm, welcoming personality and strong customer service.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers and recommend products.
• Operate the cash register and stock shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with unloading shipments.
• Meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Participate in daily training and educational programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support additional store operations as needed.
