Responsibilities

• Deliver neighborly service by helping customers select products.
• Lead and support the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Assign tasks and manage priorities and time for team members.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations.
• Process transactions, support the register, and handle returns or issues.
• Place and manage special orders and online order fulfillment.
• Reconcile cash drawers and complete end-of-day procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Step in to support the team during busy periods.
