Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold store standards. You’ll mentor the team, assist customers, and maintain safety and cleanliness across the sales floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, welcoming regular neighbors and pets, with opportunities for growth within the network of PSP stores.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate forklift.
• Must pass drug screening and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist neighbors in selecting products and provide neighborly service.
• Lead store operations and support team leaders.
• Provide leadership coverage up to four times a week.
• Ensure cleanliness, animal care, safety and security.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding and development.
