Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience required; key holder or supervisory experience preferred.

• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store while following all cash handling, safety, and security protocols.
• Supervise partners, deliver on daily store operations, and be the point of contact when management isn’t present.
• Provide customer service that is friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Lead by example to ensure policies and safety standards are followed.
