• Open and close the store and supervise partners.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
• Assist with training new partners and reinforcing best practices on the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist with inventory counts, product replenishment, and price/signage accuracy.
• Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Act as the primary contact in the absence of store management.
