You support store leadership by supervising partners, opening/closing the store, and serving as a point of contact when management is not present. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading on the floor and delivering a great experience daily.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and manage daily operations.
• Lead and supervise store partners on the floor.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Manage inventory counts and pricing accuracy.
• Process transactions and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Serve as primary contact in absence of store management.
• Support promotions and store goals.
