Destination Pet LLC in Kissimmee, FL seeks a General Manager to lead daily center operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure outstanding care for pets and clients. You’ll partner with support teams to drive financial performance, manage payroll, and execute local marketing efforts.

You will balance service excellence with budget discipline, oversee inventory and vendor relations, and foster a safe, welcoming environment for pets, clients, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily center operations to ensure a safe, clean, and exceptional experience for pets and clients.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain a high-performing team while upholding a positive culture.
• Create schedules balancing service with labor budget expectations.
• Oversee payroll, labor costs, and staffing levels with timely approvals.
• Drive budgets, KPIs, and growth opportunities; manage inventories and vendor relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve concerns with pet parents.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and safety regulations.
• Partner with support teams to execute operational initiatives and improve performance.
