• Oversee staff management of Assistant Managers and scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated issues.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly, comply with health and safety standards, and optimize efficiency.
• Meet or exceed sales targets, manage budgets and cash handling, and maintain records.
• Lead training plans for new hires and ongoing staff development.
• Complete regular sales, inventory, and staff performance reports and enforce policies.
• Foster a positive, inclusive team culture and recognize top performers.
