NVA Pet Resorts in Largo, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager, lead a high-performing team, and manage day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional care for pets and their people. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching staff, optimizing schedules and budgets, and driving guest satisfaction.

You’ll help build a positive culture while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and quality service across all resort operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading pet care or hospitality teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
