Pet Play House Phoenix is seeking a warm and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will greet customers, provide information about boarding, grooming, and daycare services, and ensure a fantastic experience for each pet and parent.

You will handle front desk tasks, schedule appointments, check-in/out pets, and coordinate with grooming/kennel staff. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifikationen
