Job summary

Dog City is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. You will greet clients, answer questions about services, book appointments, and help ensure a wonderful visit for every pet and pet parent.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, basic pet-care information, and coordinating with grooming/kennel staff. Benefits include discounted care for your own dog, plus medical/vision/dental plans and 401k for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication across phone, email, and in person.
• Team-oriented approach to guest relations.
• Background in customer service preferred, with strong client-focus.
