Job summary

My Three Dogs West Coleman is seeking a warm and friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. You will greet customers, answer questions about services, and help ensure every pet and parent has a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, scheduling, front desk operations, coordinating with grooming and kennel teams, and maintaining a clean, welcoming reception.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills: phone, interpersonal, written with proper spelling and grammar.
• Team player who works well with others to ensure guests are cared for.
• Customer service background is preferred but not required; drive to meet client expectations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Organized with strong attention to detail for the needs of the Village.
• Physical stamina to handle/transport dogs of all sizes during shifts.
• Dog lover with a passion for working with animals.

Responsibilities

• Greet pets and clients as they arrive at the resort.
• Answer phone calls and emails with a positive attitude and provide information on services.
• Schedule appointments and manage reservations.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs and front desk operations.
• Coordinate with veterinarians for vaccine info and use kennel software for bookings.
• Communicate with grooming/kennel staff about dogs and needs.
• Escort dogs to play areas or kennels and maintain front office cleanliness.
