Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a dedicated Pet Host for the front desk at our luxury pet resort. You will welcome clients, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate boarding, daycare, grooming, and training reservations to ensure exceptional care for pets and their families.

You will handle phones, emails, and payments, verify vaccination records, and upsell services while maintaining a clean, safe lobby. Weekend/holiday availability is required, and you’ll contribute to a fast-paced team-oriented
