NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Pet Host) to warmly greet clients and manage the front desk at our luxury pet resort. You will handle check-ins/outs, bookings, payments, and vaccination records while ensuring a welcoming, organized lobby.

You’ll upsell services and memberships, communicate with leadership, and maintain a safe, friendly environment for pets and families in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greeting clients, pets and vendors warmly.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs.
• Booking boarding, daycare, grooming, and training reservations.
• Answering phones, emails, and voicemails promptly.
• Processing payments and balancing transactions.
• Obtaining and verifying vaccination records.
• Recommending services and activity packages that meet client needs.
• Communicating pet updates and concerns to leadership.
• Keeping lobby and front areas clean and safe.
