Pet Paradise in Wesley Chapel is seeking a Front Desk Associate who welcomes pet parents and guests with warmth, coordinates check-ins/outs, and helps ensure a smooth lobby experience. You’ll assist with pet care tasks, phone and email inquiries, and cashier duties in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment.

The role offers growth through our Unleashed Leadership Academy and related training programs, with full-time benefits and paid time off.

Formación

• 1–2 years in a customer service role (Customer Service, Call Center, Receptionist).
• Detail-oriented with sense of urgency while delivering exceptional service.
• Cheerful, friendly, and a positive team attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to documentation.
• Enjoys problem solving to provide guests a premier experience.
• Requires physical labor including pet handling, walking, standing for long periods.
• Comfortable around dogs of all sizes and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Flexible to resort schedule needs including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome pet parents and their pets, providing a positive first interaction.
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs.
• Walk dogs for drop-offs and pickups and coordinate suite placement.
• Answer incoming calls, check voicemails, and respond to emails promptly.
• Complete cashier and point-of-sale operations.
• Communicate with pet parents and resort leadership on requests.
• Maintain entrance, lobby, and restrooms cleanliness.
• Support cat room, resort routines, and veterinary service liaison as needed.
• Assist with harness removal/addition at check-in/out and ensure suites are ready.
