Pet Paradise is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Associate at our Apollo Beach resort. You will greet guests and their pets, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate suites while keeping the lobby welcoming.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under urgency while delivering excellent service.
• Cheerful, friendly, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and attention to documentation.
• Enjoys problem solving to provide guests with a premier experience.
• Physically demanding: walking, lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Able to work with dogs of all sizes and flexible schedule incl. nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and their pets with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Process check-ins and check-outs accurately.
• Walk dogs for drop-offs and pickups and coordinate suite placement.
• Answer calls, voicemails, and emails promptly with solutions.
• Handle cashier and point-of-sale operations.
• Communicate requests to resort leadership and follow through.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrance, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with cat room maintenance as needed.
• Support veterinary services liaison and appointment status.
• Assist with harness handling at check-in/out and ensure suites are set.
• Familiarize with different harness types.
