Job summary

Pet Paradise is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor with leadership and customer service experience. You will supervise Front Desk Associates, assist with training, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs while maintaining a welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• Physical labor including pet handling, cleaning, and maintenance of the suites
• 2+ years in a customer service role preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work around dogs of varying sizes
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk Associates including training and coaching
• Assist management with training, assigning work, coaching and performance reviews
• Report hazards or behavioral problems to management
• Assist Front Desk tasks during operations including check-ins/outs, calls, deescalation, lobby cleanliness
• Ensure LMS training completion and training guides support
• Perform additional duties as required by management
