Job summary

Pet Paradise in Sanford is seeking a Front Desk Associate who loves pets. You’ll greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, walk dogs for drop-offs and pickups, coordinate suite placement, answer phones and emails, and handle cashier duties at the POS.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in customer service, a cheerful, team‑oriented attitude, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. This on‑site role offers advancement via our Unleashed Leadership Academy and other training

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service role (customer service, call center, receptionist).
• Cheerful, friendly, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome pet parents and guests at arrival.
• Organize and process check-ins and check-outs.
• Walk dogs for drop-off/pickup and coordinate suite placement.
• Answer phones and respond to emails and voicemails promptly.
