K9 Resorts in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead daily operations across our luxury pet care resort.

This hands-on role focuses on developing teams, managing scheduling and KPIs, delivering 5-Star customer service, and driving growth through community engagement and partnerships. If you bring prior management experience in pet care and a passion for performance, you will thrive in our fast-growing team.

Formación

• Prior management or supervisory experience in a service environment.
• Experience in pet care, daycare, boarding, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Business-minded with understanding of operations and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, CSRs, and Pet Care Technicians.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and labor management; monitor KPIs.
• Ensure 5-Star customer service and drive client retention strategies.
• Represent the brand in the community and support marketing initiatives.
