You'll oversee front‑ and back‑of‑house operations, model professional hospitality, coach staff, manage scheduling, and drive service and sales initiatives while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or management experience required.
• Background in pet care, daycare, boarding, or similar environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive, lead-from-the-front approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid driver’s license; weekend/holiday availability.
