Job summary

LIX Pet Wellness is seeking a Sales Operations & Account Manager to support our growing Northwest market. This onsite role blends outside sales, account development, inside sales, and sales operations to strengthen existing retail partnerships and uncover new opportunities.

You will collaborate with the Co-Founder and sales team, visit partners in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Boise, and manage CRM, promotions, and training to drive sales growth in a fast-growing, women-owned company within the

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or sales operations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting, and business technology.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly visits to retail partners across the Northwest to strengthen relationships and grow account sales.
• Proactively communicate with direct-buying retailers, generate reorders, coach onboarding, and share promotions.
• Support Co-Founder and sales team with CRM, reporting, pipeline tracking, and process improvements.
• Coordinate promotions with sales, marketing, and production to enhance customer experience.
