Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate associate experience and development; train, onboard, mentor, and coach.
• Support Services businesses when needed and delegate daily tasks.
• Act as Leader on Duty and supervise associates; address concerns.
• Promote store events, adoptions, and vet partnerships.
• Ensure safe environment for customers, pets, and teammates; maintain cleanliness and shop standards.
