Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Full-time availability, with evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency with computer applications and POS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the associate experience and support development through training, onboarding, mentoring and coaching.
• Provide feedback for performance reviews, disciplinary actions and promotions.
• Support Services businesses when needed and supervise as Leader on Duty.
• Delegate daily tasks and ensure completion.
• Direct and support associates during shifts and as Leader on Duty.
• Ensure pet parent experience, handle inquiries, promotions and adoptions.
• Back up POS operations and cash handling; maintain store standards and policies.
