Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the associate experience and supports development.
• Leads when acting as Leader on Duty and delegates daily tasks.
• Backups to operate POS and handle cash transactions.
• Promotes store events, marketing, and pet adoptions.
• Ensures store standards and safety for associates and pets.
• Addresses associate concerns and contributes to team engagement.
