Job summary

Fetch in Atlanta is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our partner locations. You will represent Fetch, educate pet parents about comprehensive pet insurance, and convert opportunities into sales with a customer-first mindset.

Travel to partner sites and shelters will be required as you build relationships with staff and owners, providing accurate CRM records and contributing to company growth.

• Explain Fetch advantages; compare with competitors
• Convert prospects into loyal clients
• Record prospect and customer data in Fetch CRM
• Build relationships with partner site staff
• Assess partner needs via meetings
• Identify opportunities for new business
• Communicate with peers via chat
• Attend monthly company meetings
• Manage expenses and submit reports
• Handle all admin tasks for the partnership
• Exceed customer expectations

Responsibilities

• Manage expense budgets and submit reports monthly
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership
