Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at a partner location in the Charleston area. You will convert prospects into loyal customers by explaining Fetch's pet insurance options and benefits, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will record interactions in the Fetch CRM, build strong relationships with partner staff, and identify opportunities for growth within a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Represent Fetch as a confident, friendly advisor to sell pet insurance at partner location in the Charleston area.
• Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch; demonstrate understanding of Fetch products.
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM using standard processes.
• Develop relationships with partner staff to meet performance objectives and partner expectations.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch as a confident advocate to sell pet insurance at the partner location.
• Highlight Fetch advantages and product benefits to prospective customers.
• Convert prospects into customers and build loyalty.
• Enter and update prospect data in Fetch CRM and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with leadership and partners to identify new business opportunities.
