Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to support the Austin partner site and help pets and their humans access comprehensive coverage. You will convert opportunities into sales while delivering a customer-first experience for pet owners considering insurance.

Ideal candidates hold a P&C license, 3–5 years in animal care, and a consultative sales mindset. You will work peak hours (Fri–Sun), travel to events, and participate in bonus plans.

Qualifications

• Represent Fetch at partner location in the Austin area; sell pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents.
• Communicate competitive advantages of Fetch; understand Fetch and competitor products.
• Record prospect and customer information in Fetch CRM accurately.
• Establish productive relationships with partner staff to meet performance objectives.
• Proactively assess partner needs through on-site meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for new business.
• Communicating with peers via chat to identify challenges and successes.
• Attend monthly company meetings as required.
• Manage expense budget and submit reports monthly.
• Handle all administrative tasks related to the partnership.
• Commit to Fetch’s standards and exceed customer expectations.
