Fetch Pet Insurance is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our Charlottesville-area team at the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA. The role focuses on converting opportunities into sales, advocating Fetch products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences for pet owners.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license (or will obtain within 30 days) and has 3-5 years in animal care with a proven sales mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• P&C license required or willing to obtain within 30 days at company expense
• 3-5 years of experience in an animal care role
• Proven consultative sales experience with customers
• Ability to travel to industry events as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Represent Fetch at partner location in Charlottesville area as a confident, friendly advisor
• Explain Fetch advantages and insurance products to prospective pet parents
• Turn prospects into loyal clients while ensuring excellent customer experience
• Maintain accurate prospect/customer records in Fetch CRM and coordinate with partner locations
• Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities and align with partner expectations
