Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Pet Insurance Sales Associate to join our team at the Gardena/Carson partner location. You will convert opportunities into sales by presenting comprehensive pet insurance to pet parents and coordinating with partner staff to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in animal care, a current or willingness to obtain a P&C license, and proven ability to prospect new opportunities in a fast-paced sales cycle. Travel to events is required.

Qualifications

• Represent Fetch at partner locations in Gardena/Carson, CA.
• Explain Fetch's pet insurance advantages and products to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner locations to meet monthly goals.
• Accurately record prospect and customer data in Fetch CRM.
• Travel to industry events as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell pet insurance policies to prospective pet parents at partner locations.
• Demonstrate Fetch benefits and product knowledge to prospects.
• Convert opportunities into loyal clients and repeat business.
