You will welcome clients and pets, handle check-ins/outs, and coordinate boarding services in a busy resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, pets, and vendors warmly
• Manage front desk, check-ins and check-outs
• Book boarding, daycare, grooming and training reservations
• Answer phones, emails and voicemails promptly
• Process payments and balance transactions
• Obtain and verify vaccination records
• Suggest services and activity packages to meet client needs
• Communicate pet updates to leadership
• Keep lobby and front areas clean and safe
• Assist team with occasional pet handling and cleaning as needed
