PetSuites is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Pet Host) to front our luxury pet resort, greeting clients and pets, managing check-ins/outs, and selling services. You’ll balance payments, verify vaccination records, and upsell packages while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be friendly, confident, and professional.
• Strong phone, scheduling and computer skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist pets when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, pets and vendors warmly.
• Manage front desk, lobby, check-ins/outs.
• Book boarding, daycare, grooming, and training reservations.
• Answer phones, emails and voicemails promptly.
• Process payments and balance transactions.
• Obtain and verify vaccination records.
• Manage waitlists during peak seasons.
• Recommend services and activity packages to meet client needs.
• Communicate pet updates and concerns to leadership.
• Keep lobby and front areas clean and safe.
