NVA Pet Resorts, part of National Veterinary Associates, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Pet Host) to manage the front desk, greet clients and pets, and ensure a welcoming experience for every guest.

As the first and last impression of our luxury resort, you will handle bookings, payments, and client communications while maintaining a clean, safe lobby. Weekend and holiday availability are required, with a flexible, customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs.
• Book boarding, daycare, grooming, and training reservations.
• Answer phones, emails, and voicemails promptly.
• Process payments and balance transactions.
• Obtain and verify vaccination records.
• Recommend services and activity packages to meet client needs.
• Communicate pet updates and concerns to leadership.
• Keep lobby and front areas clean and safe.
