Job summary

NVA Pet Resorts in Exeter, NH is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Pet Host) to greet clients and pets, manage front desk operations, and ensure a friendly, safe lobby.

You will handle check-ins/outs, bookings for boarding, daycare, grooming and training, answer phones and emails, process payments, verify vaccination records, and upsell services and memberships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, pets, and vendors warmly and professionally.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs and booking of services.
• Answer phones, emails, and voicemails promptly; process payments and balance transactions.
• Obtain and verify vaccination records; upsell services and memberships as appropriate.
• Provide care guidance and communicate updates to leadership; maintain lobby cleanliness.
