Lovet Pet Health is seeking an Animal Hospital Shift Lead to join our team. The role focuses on leadership and management training for staff relations, client relations, and daily hospital operations, including training staff on procedures and stepping in for the Hospital Manager when needed.

The position involves duties such as ordering supplies, staff evaluations, and various hospital audits, with a focus on maintaining service standards and continuous improvement in hospital flow.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train staff on all aspects of Kennel, CRS, or Technician roles.
• Ensure team uses proper protocols and procedures when handling pets and client interactions.
• Learn hospital flow and scheduling to maximize opportunities.
• Maintain the hospital's client service standards.
• Organize and participate in team meetings.
• Oversee completion of daily, weekly, or monthly hospital task lists.
• Understand hospital financial goals and how they guide operations.
• May assist with employee scheduling, hospital billing and financial processes, and addressing client concerns.
