Job summary

MVH is seeking a Shift Lead to perform the duties of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant when not filling in or assisting the Practice Manager or Chief of Staff in guiding the team to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital.

This role partners with leadership to ensure effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders while upholding quality medical care and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support hospital leadership in developing an efficient, productive team that provides high-quality care and service to pets and clients.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional client service and client education about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Supervise the team when needed and help schedule associates to meet client needs.
