Job summary

Lovet Pet Health Care is seeking an Animal Hospital Shift Lead to join our team in Arizona. This role involves learning leadership and management skills related to employee relations, client relations, and daily hospital operations, including training staff on procedures and taking on duties of Hospital Manager when the manager is absent.

You will supervise staff, help with scheduling, ordering supplies, and ensure high client service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and communicate clearly.
• Ability to train staff on procedures and workflows.
• Demonstrates empathy toward pets, clients, and staff, with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Train Staff on Kennel, CRS, or Technician procedures.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols when handling pets and interacting with clients.
• Learn hospital flow, scheduling, and staff/doctor coordination.
• Maintain client service standards and participate in team meetings.
• Oversee daily, weekly, or monthly hospital task lists and basic financial processes.
