Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Hospital Manager for our Glendale, CA clinic. You will lead the hospital support team, partner with the Veterinarian to run an efficient, profitable operation, and ensure high‑quality patient care and outstanding customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in office management with supervisory experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Join us to support a holistic, team‑driven culture and grow with a national network of local hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health science or related field strongly preferred.
• At minimum, five years of direct office management experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and related software.
• Strong time management, organization, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff across hospital support departments and achieves labor goals.
• Hires and trains office and clinic support staff; handles new hire paperwork.
• Orients new staff to hospital operations and duties.
• Reviews performance and delivers feedback; resolves personnel issues.
• Manages schedules and coordinates with the DVM; oversees daily operations.
• Monitors budgets, purchases, and inventory; ensures billing accuracy.
