Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
• Background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Exceptional leadership skills to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Minimum of 3 years in veterinary medicine with leadership/management in a hospital or practice.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a healthy culture and champion a collaborative team environment.
• Develop the team through onboarding, training, and long-term growth.
• Own the hospital's financial health, managing P&L, labor costs, and inventory.
