Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer practice phone and route calls.
• Maintain hospital appointment calendar and book online appointments.
• Greet visitors and patients, manage wait times during peak periods.
• Assist in training new staff and share knowledge as required.
• Keep waiting area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Confirm appointments via client’s preferred method the day before.
