Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out flow.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments by multiple channels.
• Inform clients about hospital services, policies, and resources.
• Route medical questions to the veterinary team as needed.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records and billing details.
• Process invoices, collect payments, and verify prescriptions.
