Gateway Pet Hospital in San Ramon, CA is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for clients and pets. You will manage reception, scheduling, and front-desk duties with compassion and efficiency.

Competenze

• Previous client service or front-desk experience.
• Vet med office experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Mansioni

• Greet clients and patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out flow.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments by multiple channels.
• Inform clients about hospital services, policies, and resources.
• Route medical questions to the veterinary team as needed.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records and billing details.
• Process invoices, collect payments, and verify prescriptions.
