Destination Pet is hiring a Client Service Representative for Deer Creek Animal Hospital. You will warmly welcome clients, manage schedules, process payments, and support patient care alongside veterinarians and staff.

We value excellent communication, organization, and a professional appearance with genuine compassion for pets and their owners. Pay starts at $16.00–$19.00/hour DOE + tips with full health benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client service role (veterinary or healthcare preferred)
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with computers and, ideally, practice management software
• A professional appearance and demeanor, with genuine compassion for pets and their owners

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly while providing accurate information
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain efficient client flow
• Process payments and maintain precise client and patient records
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and medical staff to support patient care
• Handle client concerns with discretion, understanding, and problem-solving skills
