Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative at Church Ranch Veterinary Center in Westminster, CO. You will welcome clients, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, process payments, and support veterinary staff with accurate records and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client service role (veterinary or healthcare preferred).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and, ideally, practice management software.
• A professional appearance and demeanor, with genuine compassion for pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly while providing accurate information.
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain efficient client flow.
• Process payments and maintain precise client and patient records.
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and medical staff to support patient care.
• Handle client concerns with discretion, understanding, and problem-solving skills.
• Uphold hospital standards for client confidentiality and service excellence.
