Responsibilities include assisting clients with documentation, scheduling, prescriptions, and informed product recommendations, ensuring accurate records and a welcoming experience for every visit.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and recruit new clients to route flow of clients and pets efficiently.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventative care and hospital services.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet history, identification, and scheduling.
• Disperse prescriptions, sell retail products and schedule future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
