Eastown Animal Hospital, part of the Vetcor network, is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative in Des Moines, IA. You will be the friendly voice and face, handling scheduling, payments, and client inquiries in a fast-paced, collaborative clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and pet with a positive greeting.
• Answer phones, take messages, and answer client questions.
• Schedule patients using Tail-o-Phone and Vetstoria.
• Generate invoices, collect payments, and manage cash boxes.
• Manage email/mail and process client paperwork and medical records.
• Educate clients about online pharmacy and services.
• Communicate with veterinarians and support staff about needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service to every pet owner.
