Prairie View Animal Hospital in DeKalb, IL seeks a Client Service Representative to deliver an exceptional client experience at the front desk and support practice administration. You will handle reception, scheduling, billing, record maintenance and client communications with compassion.

This dual-role position offers a 4-day work week with 2–3 Saturdays per month and a benefits package including paid time off and health coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Weekend work ability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques and PPE training.

Aufgaben

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures as directed.
• Maintains clean, presentable front desk and reception areas.
• Processes cash, checks, card payments and payments on accounts.
• Schedules appointments and manages clinic workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends client correspondence.
• Sends reminders and follows up with clients as needed.
• Backups data and posts daily business activities.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm demeanor.
• Answers calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Presents medications, instructions and take-home items.
• Handles emergencies per clinic policies.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
