Eastown Animal Hospital in Des Moines is seeking a full‑time Client Service Representative to be the friendly voice and welcoming face of a hospital with over 80 years of history.

In this role you will handle scheduling, payments, client questions, and paperwork while delivering high‑quality customer service to pet owners and supporting veterinarians and staff. A 4‑day work week and rotating Saturdays are included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client and pet with a positive greeting.
• Answer phones, take messages, and answer client questions.
• Schedule patients using Tail-o-Phone and Vetstoria.
• Generate invoices, collect payments, manage cash boxes, and make bank runs twice a week.
• Manage email and mail, and scan and process client paperwork and medical records.
• Manage pet insurance claims.
• Know the hospital’s full range of services and provide estimates as appropriate.
• Educate clients about our online pharmacy.
• Communicate with veterinarians and support staff about client and patient needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service to every pet owner.
